Background-

Monks, the marketing and technology arm of S4Capital, has appointed Nirvik Singh as CEO of its EMEA Marketing Services business, effective 1 October 2026.

Singh has served as an independent non-executive director on the S4Capital board since May 2025. He now moves from the board into this hands-on role.

He will report to Bruno Lambertini, Monks CEO for Marketing Services, and work with Alex Oberberg, the region’s chief revenue officer, and the country managing directors. Singh will lead brand strategy, creative, content and data-driven media across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Lambertini said brands increasingly want one connected partner that delivers fast. After working with Singh on the board, he said Singh’s operational strength and belief in Monks’ single-model approach make him the ideal leader for the region.

Singh said marketers want efficient budgets and outstanding creative work together. He said Monks can deliver both by combining creative craft, real-time media insight and AI tools.

Singh brings more than 35 years of experience across five continents. He most recently served as global chief operating officer and president international at Grey Group. His clients have included Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Volvo, BAT and Haleon.

Monks plans to expand across EMEA in 2027 and will bring its AI workflow platform, Monks.Flow, deeper into client work. EMEA now contributes about 14% of S4Capital’s net revenue, and the company targets 20% over the longer term.
