Background

Saudi-made products with the ‘Made in Saudi’ label have exceeded 19,000 and are now reaching customers in 180 countries, showing their growing global reach. Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef shared the announcement during the inauguration of the third ‘Made in Saudi’ exhibition.

The minister said the program now supports about 3,700 registered national companies from different sectors. He also highlighted strong growth in non-oil exports. In the first half of 2025, Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports reached SR307 billion, the highest ever for six months. In 2024, total non-oil exports were about SR515 billion.

Saudi Arabia launched the ‘Made in Saudi’ program in 2021 to promote products locally and globally. The program supports Vision 2030 by helping the economy grow and rely less on oil.

Alkhorayef praised the efforts of the Saudi Exports Development Authority in helping Saudi products reach international markets. He said the authority has signed 108 export agreements and registered 433 importers on its digital platform. It has also licensed nine export houses, which have shipped goods worth SR390 million to 21 countries.

Managed by the Saudi Export Development Authority, the “Made in Saudi” initiative operates under the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program. The authority works to grow non-oil exports and support Saudi manufacturers.

Recently, the program joined The Big 5 2025 construction exhibition in Dubai as a strategic partner. Over 50 Saudi construction companies attended, and the event hosted exhibitors from more than 165 countries. The program also took part in the Momentum 2025 development finance conference in Riyadh, showing its role in Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation.
