Saudi Cybersecurity Firms Cyber and Infratech Gear Up for Public Listings and Global Expansion

Cyber and Infratech, two Saudi cybersecurity firms, plan to list shares on Tadawul by 2027, reflecting growth in the Kingdom’s tech sector.

Al-Kenani noted that cyberattacks are increasing in Saudi Arabia’s financial, healthcare, and services sectors as the country advances its digital transformation. He also said that such cybersecurity challenges are happening globally. Cyber is working with Saudi airports and key sectors, as well as international partners, to provide advanced cybersecurity solutions.

Infratech aims to become a public company in 2027 and plans to grow its operations in energy, defense, aviation, and government, while setting up four research centers overseas. Al-Suhaim noted that Saudi Arabia’s information technology and cybersecurity market is valued at approximately SR87 billion ($23.2 billion), with SR15.7 billion dedicated to cybersecurity, covering consulting, managed services, governance, and risk management.

Infratech also plans to expand its business by investing in cloud storage, international projects, and data centers.

The Tumooh program, run by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at), helps fast-growing SMEs get ready for public listings. So far, the program has supported 24 companies in listing on the Nomu Parallel Market.

With these steps, Cyber and Infratech are becoming important players in Saudi Arabia’s growing cybersecurity industry, showing the sector’s potential and the country’s goal to be a regional technology hub.
