Background

Dubai Chambers has launched specialised training in Agentic AI for more than 14,000 private sector companies. The programme aims to help businesses build the skills needed to adopt the technology across their operations.

The training forms part of Dubai’s wider push to move the private sector toward Agentic AI, launched under directives from Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Delivered through the new Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform, the training gives companies practical guidance on using Agentic AI in daily business. Participants will explore tools that can improve operations, boost productivity, and support better decision-making, while spotting real applications for growth and innovation.

The programme is built to give companies a solid grounding in Agentic AI, help them find relevant uses across their business, and prepare them for the technology’s expanding role.

Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said Agentic AI is reshaping how companies operate, helping manage complex tasks and improve productivity. He said the training aims to give the private sector the skills to turn that potential into practical results.

The wider initiative also includes support for firms developing Agentic AI solutions, new incubators for AI companies, and knowledge-sharing efforts. Dubai Chambers has formed an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to speed up adoption and strengthen Dubai’s position as a hub for the digital economy.
