Background
BlueVision has launched Fusion Cloud, a service designed to provide continuous security monitoring across cloud and identity environments. Christo Coetzer, founder and managing director of the South African cyber security firm, said many businesses assume they are protected simply by using platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS, though the reality often differs.
Coetzer explained that cloud environments face daily probing from attackers, and platforms alone cannot alert businesses to what attackers can see or when something goes wrong.
He noted that identity-based attacks, including stolen credentials and compromised accounts, sit behind more than 80% of breaches today, with many businesses only discovering a breach weeks after it happens.
Fusion Cloud addresses this gap by continuously monitoring a client’s external attack surface alongside identity and cloud environments spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
Every flagged issue is reviewed and validated by BlueVision’s security analysts before clients receive an easy-to-understand risk report suitable for leadership teams.
The service operates on a fixed monthly subscription model, removing unpredictable billing tied to alert volume or log size. Coetzer said this gives businesses the visibility of an enterprise security team, sized and priced to fit their needs, with boards and auditors receiving monthly reports reflecting their security posture.
Subscribers can choose from Essentials, Standard or Premium packages, making the service accessible to businesses of varying sizes. Clients can be onboarded and monitored quickly, with minimal disruption to existing operations.
The platform combines external attack surface monitoring, identity monitoring, cloud posture checks and cross-platform correlation with contextual incident alerts and executive-level reporting.
